Our Customer Service Representatives work hard to ensure the client gets the product when they need it and to ensure every customer inquiry is handled effectively. Our Bookkeeping team ensures our Company meets its financial objectives including invoicing, collecting receivables, and paying bills. Our Graphic & Design team turn ideas into concepts then into art. Our Production and Shipping team is the critical muscle in our operation that produces the finished product and gets the product out the door to the client.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation Policy
We offer competitive compensation packages in every position. Additionally, increases are given for promotions and to individuals who assume more responsibility within their assignment.
Vacation, Holiday, & Sick Time
Regular full time employees are eligible for vacation and sick time after working with BPI for a period of time. In addition, regular full time employees receive paid holidays.
Savings Plan
Binding Products offers a 401K plan for employees. Regular full time employees are generally eligible after being employed for a period of time.
Health Care
Binding Products currently offers a Blue Cross Blue health plan to its employees. The plan provides for health care and dental care.

Depending on the position, the interview may include writing tests, math tests, skill tests, case studies, and role playing. SALES ASSOCIATE
Full time outside Sales Associates pursue new business opportunities, perform heavy phone work to get appointments, make presentations to clients, and provide client service. Travel required. Training provided. Candidates should be articulate and aggressive. Hours: 8:30am-5pm M-F. Location: NJ, PA, VA, and DC;
PRINTING/PRESSMAN
Experience running AB Dick 9810 press, ITEK 975PFA press, Kensol, and Kluge . Must be able to burn plates, setup press, and print jobs with little to no assistance. 9am - 5pm M-F. NYC. Hourly compensation.
