The LPP4513, manufactured by Fujipla, is an incredibly versatile desktop roll laminator that's a jack of all trades, laminating both single sided and double sided prints and mounting PSA and heat activated foam boards, making this compact machine an excellent option for companies that have various lamination needs. The LPP4513 will laminate film rolls up to 18 inches wide with thicknesses ranging between 1.2mil and 5mil with a variable speed that goes up to 10 feet per minute. The mandrels accept 1" and 3" core sizes and the roller pressure gaps to allow foam boards up to 1/4" wide to be inserted for mounting, in addition to simultaneously mounting and laminating a board in a single pass.

This intuitive and user friendly machine features a standby mode for saving energy, heated rollers that ensure scratch free lamination and an easy set temperature dial with a ready light when the correct temperature is achieved. The LPP4513 also includes a foot pedal web advance to prevent wasting lamination and, for single sided laminating, a built-in decurler to produce flat sheets and an inline perforator wheel for easily separating sheets by hand. Optional line rewinder is available seperately for PSA cold pressure lamination.
