OUR RETURN POLICIES

Binding Supplies:  You can return unopened binding supplies to us within 10 business days of your purchase for a refund less a 25% restocking charge, pursuant to our Return Merchandise Authorization Procedure below. Your unopened return must be in saleable undamaged condition in its original packaging.
 
Equipment: Equipment, including but not limited to binding, cutting, folding, laminating, and other equipment is not returnable.
 
Equipment Service Agreements: Refunds on machine service agreements are permitted within five business days of purchase. The customer may receive a 100% in-house credit, a refund check less a $25 processing fee, or a credit to the card charged less a 3% credit card processing fee.

Custom: Custom products are not returnable.
 
Office Products: You can return unopened office products to us within 10 business days of your purchase for a refund less a 25% restocking charge, pursuant to our Return Merchandise Authorization Procedure below. Your unopened return must be in saleable undamaged condition in its original packaging.
 
Return Merchandise Authorization Procedure: Returns must include the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. This RMA number is received from Binding Products Customer Service when calling to report the return and must be written on the shipping label of the package. Returned products missing the RMA number on the label will not be accepted.  You are responsible for insuring the return for the proper amount. Any return that does not conform with Binding Products return guidelines will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense, or held in our warehouse until claimed. Binding Products is not responsible for unclaimed merchandise after 20 business days.
 
Damage Claims: Damaged merchandise claims are filed with the shipper (UPS, FedX, etc). It is the receiver's responsibility to inspect products immediately upon receipt for damage prior to signing for and accepting the delivery. It is the responsibility of the receiver to report any damage incurred during shipment to the shipping company within 24 hours after receipt. You will need to arrange for the shipper to inspect the damaged product and packaging so it is important that you do not discard anything!!!  A replacement order cannot be shipped until the claim with the shipper has been filed and satisfactorily settled. If the receiver signed for the order "free and clear" prior to discovering the damage, then replacement orders will not be shipped until the claim with the shipper has been satisfactorily settled. Replacement shipments can be expedited by securing the delivery with a credit card. Once the claim with the shipper has been satisfactorily settled, then Binding Products will issue a credit for the original invoice. Noncompliance with this policy may invalidate the claim.
