OUR SHIPPING POLICIES
Notification of Ship Date: An estimated ship date will be emailed to you after your order is placed if you provided us with a valid email address at the time you placed your order with us. These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
Ship To Addresses & Delivery Information: Binding Products’ catalog, website and US businesses are operated within the continental US for customers within the US and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. We deliver to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.
Some items may originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are prestocked at warehouses around the country and delivered by a common carrier. Shipping quotes by common carrier are solely to your loading dock and do not assume inside delivery. If inside delivery is required, you must contact our Customer Service Dept. and complete a pre site delivery survey for us to estimate freight prior to the delivery.
You Need to Sign for Orders: For your package safety, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays (UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.).
Large Equipment Shipments: Some large equipment that we sell must ship by truck. That equipment is designated as such on our website. In these cases, please contact our Customer Service Dept. We will email you a pre site delivery survey for you to complete, so that we can estimate freight, and ensure your delivery is made without complications.
