The versatile Stimpson 405 Bench Press is built with a heavy duty cast iron frame and has become the popular choice for setting Stimpson self-piercing grommets and washers.  These grommets are the ideal solution for banners and posters, as they punch the hole and set the grommet in one pass.

The 405 is extremely durable and though replacement parts are always available, they are very rarely required. The 405's tools are quickly interchangeable and while the operation is entirely by hand, the quality of work is equal to that done by large automatic machines.

The 405 comes with a free standard 5/16" self piercing die with purchase.  Additional dies are available in 1/4", 3/8", and 7/16" diameters.
